#LubeLife Water-Based Lubricant
#LubeLife is a new-ish brand from the makers of System JO. Because they contain identical ingredients and appear on the same FDA 501(k) summary, we’ll be reviewing #LubeLife Water-Based along side #LubeLife H2O Anal and JO Agape. We suspect the main difference between these products is their thickness.
#LubeLife’s ingredients are exactly what we look for in a water-glycol formula. We love seeing propanediol on the label and recommend it over glycerin and propylene glycol.
We also love seeing gluconolactone high up on the ingredient list because it has great moisturizing & antioxidant properties.
From an ingredient perspective, we’d categorize this as a premium formula at a super-affordable price point. But labels don’t tell the whole story, so we’re really looking forward to reviewing these lubricants. If they perform well for their category, they’re sure to make our All-Around Best list.
We expect #LubeLife Water-Based to be moderate-lasting and non-sticky. Look for this and other #LubeLife reviews in October 2019.
Packaging & Labeling
In most cases, the FDA does not require manufacturers to disclose a lubricnat's pH or osmolality. Because we feel it's important to vaginal health, we do request this information. However, it isn't always available or offered and does not impact our reviews.
#LubeLife Water-Based Lubricant has passed our initial screening based on ingredients, manufacturer info, and customer reviews. We have not obtained samples yet.
