Sensuva Natural Water-Based Personal Moisturizer

Sensuva Natural Water-Based Personal Moisturizer

We love Sensuva because they use top-notch ingredients across their entire product line. We’ve previously reviewed several Sensuva personal moisturizers and rated them among the best. Recently, Sensuva has updated their branding & formulations for what was formerly known as the Erosense line.

Sensuva Natural Water-Based Personal Moisturizer is the updated version of Sensuva AQUA. Right now the best place to purchase is directly from Sensuva, but we expect to see it on Amazon soon.

Because of ingredient changes, we are in the process of updating this review. That said, we highly recommend this company and their products.

Condom & Material Safety

Water-based lubricants do dry, but can become slippery again with water. Be sure to wash hands and clean spills.
Washes off with plain water. Won't stain most fabrics.

WaterPlant CellulosePropanediolPotassium SorbateSodium BenzoateCitric AcidFlavor (natural).

When it comes to water-glycol formulas, SLICK-SEXY recommends propanediol because it’s less sticky than glycerin and has a better safety profile than propylene glycol.  It’s an ingredient we associate with safer, gentler, premium formulas.

Consistency & Lasting Power

Taste & Smell

No tongue numbing. No gross mouth-feel. Light taste. Sweet.
Light smell. Sweet.

Based on Sensuva Natural Water-Based’s ingredients, we expect this lubricant to have a faintly sweet taste & smell – but we will let you know!

Packaging & Labeling

pH: Unknown

FDA 501(k) Status: Not approved

In most cases, the FDA does not require manufacturers to disclose a lubricnat's pH or osmolality. Because we feel it's important to vaginal health, we do request this information. However, it isn't always available or offered and does not impact our reviews.

Sensuva Natural Water-Based Personal Moisturizer has passed our initial screening based on ingredients, manufacturer info, and customer reviews. We have not obtained samples yet.
