Elite Femme Blended is the sister branding for Wet Elite – one of the gentlest hybrids we’ve cataloged and one of the few we recommend.
We’ll have the full review for Femme Blended in October 2019. Until then, check out what we have to say about Wet Elite.
Propylene Glycol, Water, Dimethicone, Cyclopentasiloxane, PEG/PPG-18/18 Dimethicone, Caprylhydroxamic Acid, 1,2-Hexanediol, Propanediol, Sodium Polyacrylate, Trideceth-6, Hydroxyethylcellulose.
Elite Femme is one of the few silicone hybrids we recommend – it’s made with a milder coupling agent, emulsifier, and preservative than most hybrids we’ve cataloged.
We also like seeing dimethicone and propanediol on the label – both have proven skin-loving properties and we associate them with premium formulas.
While some people may want a simpler formula, Elite Femme is a great option for those looking for a gentler hybrid.
Taste & Smell
Like most hybrids we’ve tried, Elite Femme has a moderate to strong chemically taste and a slight tongue-numbing feel. We don’t recommend this lube for oral sex.
Also like every hybrid we’ve tried, Wet Elite has a faint chemical smell that’s most noticeable in the bottle. Once applied to skin, the smell is undetectable.
Packaging & Labeling
In most cases, the FDA does not require manufacturers to disclose a lubricnat's pH or osmolality. Because we feel it's important to vaginal health, we do request this information. However, it isn't always available or offered and does not impact our reviews.
Many thanks to Wet for providing the products used in this review - we appreciate your support!
